Healthy lifestyle, still remember that one of  activity can be done in getting better health is walking exercise. That kind of activity can support live a healthy lifestyle today. It does not need expensive tools, or rigid time. Just have a good pair of shoes and strong willingness doing it routinely.
Why walking exercise is good for us? Some say  for the reasons:
