Smoking is bad
All of us know that smoking is bad habit even smokers themselves know well about that, but it is not easy quit from that habit. It burns your money useless so it is bad for your financial, it is bad for your health that will end your life soon, it is bad too for your circumstances because they get impact as passive smoker. So, start from now stay away from smoking. Do not think that we will loss tax revenues from cigarette if all of us quit smoking. For you know that the total of cost must be spend for curing people because of cigarettes is much bigger than tax revenues get from cigarettes.
Exercise is good
Exercise is good for health and all of us know that but it is not easy to start it. Do not think that it needs expensive tools doing it, or needs much time. It just needs strong willingness doing that. It is enough to walk in the morning by go around housing complex where you live. Do it 30 minutes, and it is enough. Do it routinely and do it in a group for more fun. Some say that exercise will, at least, reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes, reducing stress, enhance your self esteem, and improve memory especially for elder people.
So, start from now let’s have healthy lifestyle by quit smoking for smokers and never try who are not, do exercise every day, and always eat healthy food.
