Healthy Body - Everyone wants to look as the people in magazines do. Women especially are always trying to change something at their appearance. Why? Well, because media and celebrities nowadays, set a certain standard in which if you don't fit, you are not ok. Women want a perfect body, big breasts, full lips, healthy hair , beautiful eyes, and an acceptable height, not talking about beautiful long legs. This ideal of a woman, has been discussed over and over again. Men have also an ideal, and that is , of the man with muscles with a perfect abdomen that goes daily at the gym, and looks great in anything. To have a healthy body you don't have to change so many things about your appearance.



A Healthy Body needs to be maintained. When we are young, we are all healthy and we all look good. As time passes we gain weight, we are preoccupied with other things and our appearance becomes last on our priority list. Many women, gain weight after getting married and having their first child. They don't care anymore, or at least this is the way I think they think. We should take care of ourselves for us, not for someone else or because of what the rest will say. A Healthy Body can be made or maintained with healthy eating and a lot of exercises.

Here are some tips on how to have a Healthy Body. First thing you should do is start some diets. Diets are for many horrible moments and long period of time while eating awful food and starving. Well, this is not correct. Keeping diets means eating less than normal, of course, but you can eat what you want if it's within some limits. For example you could pass from oily greasy foods to more healthy ones like grilled steak with vegetables. Also, fruits are indicated when losing weight , because they are rich in vitamins are can make as perfect snacks. Another Healthy Body tip is to drink a lot of shakes. Instead of alcohol, that is very rich in calories , or sodas that make you feel swollen you could try some healthy shakes with fruits.

For a Healthy Body diets are not enough. Exercising is essential in looking good and being healthy. Exercising doesn't mean going to the gym every day for a few hours. Only a half an hour a day, or running, walking or doing simple exercises at home, can make miracles. The body stays in shape and you have the energy you need for a day at work. In the end, a Healthy Body means taking care of yourself. Also for a good healthy body, skincare is very important. There are many lotions and body creams that keep your skin looking soft and silky. Women know better these products, but men should use them too. Healthy Body means combining everything. Mental health also contributes to a healthy body. If you are happy and pleased of yourself you will do anything you can to keep it that way.
